Who is Donald Brown?
Donald Brown is in charge of the dedicated desk at RareHeights Financials that is assigned to oversee all Loan Processing, Accounting, and Loan Servicing from the start date to the finish date. Away from the office, Brown likes reading and carrying out research works on different fields of endeavour, he also likes exercising himself because he believes that exercising has multitude of benefits in a man's Life. Brown is a die hard fan of Liverpool Football club.

At RareHeights, Brown leads the Finance Function, combining the Strategic Finance, Business Partnering, Financial Reporting, Legal and M & A teams. Brown was one of the first five members of the RareHeights team, now spanning circa 87 employees in the UK, Asia and EU. In addition to leading Finance, Brown was previously responsible for Compliance and Credit Risk, securing FCA authorisation for Consumer Credit, and driving the underwriting of sub and near prime customers to sustainable performance levels using innovative data led onboarding and underwriting models developed in house.
In raising over £600 million of equity and debt capital, Brown has supported the Founders across a wide range of investor interactions and taken the lead on delivering a Tier 1 debt financing partner to support RareHeights global ambitions.
Brown's experience prior to RareHeights includes cofounding speciality lending businesses, capital raising for small and mid-cap listed businesses, and primary debt capital markets origination in investment banking.
Brown holds an MBA (Oxford), and both the CA(SA) and ACA designations.
