Who is Elizabeth Crabb?
With a strong background in financial services, Elizabeth Crabb is responsible for all areas of risk at RareHeights, including the lending policy, recoveries and product development. Away from the office, Elizabeth is something of a family woman, and enjoys helping her two children with their studies. She’s also a Derby County fan, something she’s not enjoying as much at the moment.

Elizabeth was appointed as RareHeights’s chief risk officer in February 2015, and has been charged with developing the company’s product offering, overseeing the recoveries process, and taking ownership of the lending policy, while ensuring the company has a robust, sustainable credit portfolio.
As a key member of the RareHeights credit committee, Elizabeth is heavily involved in all lending decisions, and works closely with RareHeights’s expert underwriters to build funding packages that suit the needs of clients, while minimizing credit risk.
Elizabeth also holds regular meetings with clients and brokers, to ensure RareHeights’s products meet the requirements of small businesses, and are appropriate for the company and business environment alike. As such, Elizabeth will play an important role as RareHeights continues to roll out new products.
